Hanson, the founder and facilitator of SOUND TEAM™ Workshops, is an experienced presenter for private sector, non-profit and educational institutions.
Rob remains an active professional in the Canadian Recording Industry with more than 25 years experience as a recording engineer.
Career highlights include: work with multiple JUNO Award winning band Lighthouse on albums "Sunny Days Again" and "Lighthouse Live";
three time judge for the Canadian JUNO Awards; and work with the legendary Jim Henson on "The Jim Henson Hour".
Rob also created and presented Fun 2 Sing™, an educational recording workshop that reached over 25,000 elementary school students across
Ontario.
SOUND TEAM™ Workshops evolved from Rob’s ability to bring people together in the creative and fun recording environment.

Kelly Lashley

In addition to her extensive client service experience Kelly also brings 3 years experience as a CTEA Union Representative and 2 years experience as the Co-Chair for the Yellow Pages Group Joint Health and Safety committee.
Her passion for developing high performing teams has been the cornerstone of her career development. Recognizing the unique approach SOUND™ provides, Kelly joins the team in a partnership role as Events Consultant bringing her experience to help create memorable and outstanding events for your organization.
